Donations
Thank-you gifts are offered to donors. Donors will receive full acknowledgment for token gifts and low-cost gifts (as determined by the IRS). For gifts of substantial value, the total of the tax-deductible donation will be reduced by the fair market value of the item.
Shipping and delivery of thank-you gifts make take four to six weeks.
Limitation of Liability
Spread The Bread Media NFP and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Spread The Bread Media NFP and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or violation of these terms and conditions.
